DRAFT: placeholder pending legal review
This is a working draft. It describes how goes.live handles your information today, in plain terms. A reviewed policy will replace it before launch.
what we collect
- Your phone number. It's how you reach us and how we reach you. It also identifies your site and your free-preview allowance.
- Message content. The texts you send us are the input we build your site from, and the record of the edits you request.
- Payment details. Handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number; we keep what Stripe gives us to manage your subscription.
why we collect it
To build and host your website, respond to your messages, register your domain in your name, and bill your subscription. We don't sell your information, and we don't use your messages for anything other than running your site and improving the service.
retention
Retention periods are TBD pending legal review. Until they are set: we keep message history while your site is active so edits have context, and payment records as long as billing requires.
your choices
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages. Your domain is registered in your name from day one; if you leave, you take it with you.
